For Presenters

For all presentations

• 200-250-word abstract for papers addressing any aspect of this year’s theme or any of the sub themes.
• Submissions may be made individually or in groups of 2-3.
• Files should be named with the lead author surname.

For stage presentations

• Each presentation is allocated a 20-minute slot. This includes 15 minutes for presentation, 3 minutes for questions, and 2 minutes for changeover.

For poster presentations

• Posters can be up to A0 format landscape or A1 format portrait.
• Fixings will be supplied.
