Registration Procedure
Step 1: Submit Abstract
All presenters must submit their abstracts by 30 June 2026.
Step 2: Wait for Review Outcome
Authors will receive one of the following decisions by 31 July 2026:
- Acceptance
- Revision Required
- Rejection
Step 3: Submit Revised Abstract (if applicable)
Presenters who have been requested to revise their abstracts must submit the revised version by 10 August 2026.
Step 4: Receive Final Acceptance
The final decision regarding acceptance will be communicated by 23 August 2026.
Step 5: Complete Registration and Payment
Only accepted presenters should proceed with registration and payment.
Registration will open from 1 September 2026.
All registration fees must be paid by 30 September 2026.

Submission of Proof of Payment
After making the payment, participants must:
- Scan or take a clear photograph of the payment receipt/deposit slip.
- Complete the online registration form (link to be provided).
- Upload the payment receipt with the registration form.
- Ensure that the participant's name, institution name, and paper/poster title are clearly indicated.
International Participants
International presenters may choose either:
- Onsite Presentation
- Online Presentation
The registration fee for both modes is
USD 100.
